A Trump campaign official admitted that Georgia’s voting machines had zero “physical issues”
NEW AUDIO has been released by MSNBC of Rudy Giuliani admitting to Fox News host Maria Bartiromo that he had difficulty supporting claims of Dominion Voting Systems’ involvement in election fraud. The recordings, which were made public on Wednesday, also include audio of a Trump campaign official saying that when the Secretary of State performed his Georgia audit, “there weren’t any physical issues with [Dominion] machines on those inspections.”

The audio’s release coincides with Dominion’s $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox for attempting to link the company to nonexistent election fraud. Earlier that day, Delaware Judge Eric Davis sanctioned Fox News for withholding evidence from Dominion’s lawyers, including recorded conversations with Trump lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell.
The recordings were provided to the court by Abby Grossberg, a former Tucker Carlson producer who claims the network coerced her testimony in the lawsuit.
A Fox News spokesperson told Rolling Stone on Wednesday, “As our lawyer explained in court today, we learned that there might be responsive audio recordings for the first time on March 20 from Grossberg’s errata sheet.” Our attorneys then accessed Grossberg’s phone’s forensic image and reviewed the recordings, which were produced within 15 days of learning of their existence.”

On her show Wednesday, MSNBC’s Alex Wagner played excerpts from the recordings, explaining that Grossberg and her attorneys gave her the tapes. On November 8, 2020, the first recording featured an off-air conversation between Giuliani and Bartiromo.
“I’m going to request as much evidence as you can provide about these lawsuits.” “Any evidence you can provide would be extremely helpful,” says Bartiromo.
“I can tell you exactly what we have,” Giuliani says, admitting that when asked about Dominion’s software, “that’s a little harder.”

On December 5, 2020, Wagner shared an audio snippet between a Fox News producer and a Trump campaign official. “Have any of the machines been examined?” “[Steve Bannon] had said that one was being considered in Georgia,” the producer inquires, prompting the official to go off the record.
“When the Secretary of State did its audit, there was a lot, I think a fair bit of looking at the machines,” a Trump official says. “The audit came pretty close to the machine count with the receipts.” So, I’m not sure what happened with those, but our understanding, again, from the Secretary of State’s Office, was that there were no physical issues with machines during those inspections.”
