Felix, who has reportedly fallen out of favor with coach Diego Simeone, has shown flashes of form for Atletico this season, most recently against Barcelona last weekend.
However, both he and the Atletico Madrid team have struggled for consistency this season, with only five goals and three assists in 20 club appearances. Since then, the 23-year-old has piqued the interest of several English clubs, including Manchester United and Arsenal.
