Jimmie Allen, a country singer, is now facing a second lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault. According to multiple reports, a woman has filed a lawsuit in Tennessee federal court, alleging that Allen filmed their sexual encounter without her consent and continued to engage in sexual contact after she had revoked her consent.
These charges follow a previous lawsuit in which Allen was sued for sexual assault and harassment by his former manager, referred to as “Jane Doe,” who claimed that the incidents occurred over an 18-month period while she served as Allen’s day-to-day manager.
In a report published by Variety, “Jane Doe” stated that during a work trip to Los Angeles in March 2021, Allen allegedly raped her after his appearance as a celebrity guest on American Idol. She claims to have woken up in her hotel room, naked and in pain, with no recollection of the previous night. Allen was allegedly lying next to her and insisted she takes a Plan B pill. She alleges that she lost her virginity without her consent.

Allen, through his attorney, issued a statement vehemently denying the woman’s allegations, asserting that their relationship was consensual. He also publicly apologized to his estranged wife, Alexis Gale, announcing their separation and their expectation of a third child.
The statement released by Allen’s attorney mentioned that the woman never accused him of wrongdoing during their nearly two-year sexual relationship and continued to express a desire for their relationship and friendship to continue indefinitely. Allen expressed concern over the woman’s motives, claiming that she only hired a lawyer after their relationship ended and requested money.
After the lawsuit was filed, Allen faced consequences in his career. He was dropped by his music label, removed from the upcoming CMA Fest lineup, and suspended by his agency, UTA.
These legal actions and allegations have had a significant impact on Allen’s professional life, prompting him to defend himself against the accusations and take legal measures to protect his reputation.
