DaniLeigh was arrested and charged with DUI on Tuesday (May 30), according to TMZ. The musician was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run in Miami Beach after colliding with a moped rider.
According to a police report, many witnesses saw the “Levi High” star driving dangerously previous to the crash. When she was pulled over by police, she blew nearly twice the legal limit and was charged with three felonies: driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with significant bodily injury, and DUI damage to property. She was booked at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and released on a bond of $9,500. The guy suffered a kidney laceration as well as a spinal fracture.
