Coachella 2026: Davido Joins Global Stars for His First-Ever Performance
The countdown to Coachella 2026 is on, and the lineup is as massive as ever. The California desert will once again come alive at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, with two weekends of music magic set for April 10–12 and April 17–19.
Headliners this year include Justin Bieber, Sabrina Carpenter, Karol G, and Anyma, each bringing their unique sound to one of the world’s biggest stages.
But for Nigerian fans, all eyes will be on Davido, who’s set to make his Coachella debut with performances on Saturday, April 11 and 18. His appearance marks a new milestone in his already global career, and it’s a proud moment for Afrobeats on such a massive platform.
The star-studded lineup doesn’t stop there. Acts like The Strokes, Iggy Pop, Nine Inch Nails (with Boys Noize), FKA twigs, and rising voices such as PinkPantheress and Little Simz add to the international flavor of the festival.
Over the years, African and diaspora artists have built an undeniable presence at Coachella. This year, Tyla, Amaarae, and Seun Kuti carried the torch, and in 2026, Davido will join Little Simz and PinkPantheress to keep that momentum alive.
With music lovers tuning in from every corner of the globe, Coachella’s stage is set not just for unforgettable performances, but also for another defining moment for African music on the world stage.
