Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was briefly taken out of Brooklyn Federal Prison late at night for medical attention before being returned to his cell, reports confirm.
According to sources cited by the New York Post and Daily Mail, Diddy was transported to Brooklyn Hospital around 10 p.m. for an MRI scan, sparking initial speculation about a possible prison altercation. However, insiders clarified that the trip was due to persistent knee pain, an issue he has dealt with for years.
Diddy has undergone multiple knee surgeries, with his most recent procedure in 2017. At the time, he reassured fans of his determination to recover, sharing, “Just had my final knee surgery. They said I’d never run again. I said the devil is a liar. Three surgeries in one year! Third time’s the charm!!! #Rebirth.”
His knee problems reportedly worsened after running the New York Marathon, causing long-term discomfort.
Prison officials have remained tight-lipped about the transfer, citing safety and privacy concerns. They emphasized that the situation was not related to any security threat or disciplinary incident.
Following the MRI scan, Diddy was promptly returned to his cell, with authorities ensuring minimal disruption within the facility.
