In a recent interview with Page Six, DJ Khaled shared, “While my wife enjoys yoga, I’ve taken up golfing. I’ve been working on my eating habits too. Lately, I’ve been feeling amazing and inspired, and I feel great and vibrant.”
His dedication to a healthier lifestyle is paying off, as he revealed, “About two months ago, I weighed 290 pounds, and today I’m down to 267 pounds ever since I started playing golf. It might not seem like much to others, but it means a lot to me.”
Despite his efforts to watch his weight, DJ Khaled admits he has weaknesses, saying, “I can’t resist chocolate chip cookies and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. That’s why I make sure to golf and exercise daily, so I don’t overindulge. I’m just like everybody else – I get excited about food.”
While DJ Khaled is mindful of his health, he also knows how to treat himself. Recently, he won a bottle of champagne worth $120,000 in an auction during Jay Z’s Shawn Carter Foundation event. He recalled, “It was an exciting bidding war between me and Lil Uzi Vert, but I emerged victorious. The best part is that it was for a great cause, and I felt really good about it.”
