Drake is reminding his fans of his brilliance.
Despite his success, some people continue to question his catalog. A TikToker recently sparked controversy by claiming that Drake has yet to release a classic album. The topic came up on the “Shots Taken” podcast, where the hosts argued about his worst project, with one suggesting Scorpion.
“That nonsense was overlooked. “That shit was bomb,” one of the hosts retorted. “When compared to other artists, [Scorpion] probably had a better album.”
Surprisingly, October’s Very Own chimed in with a defense of his 2018 album. “God’s Plan,” “In My Feelings,” “Nice for What,” “Nonstop,” “Jaded,” “Is There More,” “Sandra’s Rose,” “That’s How You Feel,” and “Emotionless” are among the slaps on the 25-track set.
“Slappppppppps on,” Drake added.

Drake’s fifth studio album, Scorpion, was released on June 29, 2018. Seven singles charted in the Billboard Hot 100’s top 20, with three reaching No. 1: “God’s Plan,” “Nice for What,” and “In My Feelings.”
Drake is now gearing up for a new era. On Friday, he released his new single “Search & Rescue,” which includes a contentious video of Kim Kardashian discussing her divorce from Kanye West.
All of his slaps will be performed when he embarks on his “It’s All a Blur” tour with 21 Savage this summer. The North American arena tour begins on June 16 in New Orleans and concludes in September.
