Drake’s newest chain was inspired by his failed commitment efforts.
The rapper recently unveiled a brand-new necklace as a tribute to all the 42 ladies he has considered marrying. The 42 engagement rings in the bespoke sculpture, titled “Previous Engagements,” are “for all the times he thought about it but never did.”
Drake’s frosty accessory, created by Alex Moss and dubbed the “most insane chain of all time” by the designer, took 14 months to complete and features a massive 351.38 carats of diamonds set in 18k white gold.

Each diamond was carefully chosen by hand and put in each ring utilizing the eagle claw method. Although the price of the chain is unknown, it is unquestionably one of Drake’s most expensive accessories.
The “monumental art installation” was first displayed on stage by The 6 God during Lil Baby’s “Lil Baby + Friends” performance on Friday at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena.

Drake said “I do” to 23 women in his “Falling Back” music video earlier this year, despite never having been married in real life.
In a skit over the weekend, “SNL” recently made light of the Certified Lover Boy’s failed relationships. Drake’s ex-girlfriends formed a support group in the “PSA,” which also starred Keke Palmer.
