El-Rufai offered some advice to Tinubu, suggesting that he should consider replacing any appointees who haven’t met expectations.
During a conversation with reporters in Maiduguri on Monday, the former Kaduna State governor emphasized the importance of revising policies that aren’t producing the desired outcomes.
“If someone you appointed isn’t performing as expected, it’s important to have the humility to replace them with someone more capable,” he stated.
El-Rufai also stressed the significance of citizens’ prayers and support for the administration as it strives to bring about positive change.
“As citizens, our role is to pray for our leaders, asking for divine guidance and wisdom. We hope they’ll have the humility to correct course when necessary and make decisions that benefit society,” he added.
