Vieira Marcelo, a five-time Champions League winner, has joined the Brazilian club Fluminense.
After terminating his contract with Olympiacos after playing 10 games and scoring three goals for the Greek club, the Brazilian joined his boyhood club as a free agent.
The Rice Powder’s official Twitter page announced their son’s return with the caption “The time to go back has arrived.”

According to reports, Marcelo was close to joining former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr.
According to Fabrizio Romano, both the Saudi club and the 34-year-old were not close to a deal.
