Federal Commission of Referees sent an email to referees about to matter, says French media
According to French media on Friday, the France Football Federation (FFF) prohibited match interruptions for Muslim players to eat during their Ramadan fast.
According to reports, the Federal Commission of Referees (CFA) sent an email to referees reminding them of the ban.

According to reports, the email stated, “These interruptions do not respect the provisions of the FFF statutes.”
Anyone who violates the provisions will face disciplinary and/or criminal proceedings, it added.
The English Premier League announced last week that during the Muslim fasting month, players will be allowed to break their fast mid-match.
