After divorcing Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen is prepared to move into her new Miami Beach residence.
Additionally, her new $11.5 million residence is not too distant from Brady’s. The supermodel’s estate is located on Indian Creek Island across the creek from her ex-still-under-construction husband’s property, according to Page Six. The 6,600 square feet of space in Bündchen’s home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 25-foot ceilings.

Her 18,400 square foot waterfront home also has a home cinema, office, gym, playroom, outdoor pool, and an eat-in kitchen with terrace access. On August 16, before Brady’s 11-day absence from the NFL, before rumors of the couple’s separation broke, and weeks before both parties hired divorce lawyers, she first saw the plot. On October 6, she completed the $11.5 million home sale.
Before Tom took a sabbatical from the NFL, Gisele was already divorced and moving on, an insider informed the magazine. “Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach.”
Bündchen and Brady decided to share custody of their two children, Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, so having residences close to one another makes it easier for them to co-parent. Brady and the actress Bridget Moynahan also have a 15-year-old son named Jack.
It would be quite simple for them to co-parent their children while living so near to each other, the insider claimed. “You could literally swim from Gisele’s property to Tom’s—not that they would—but both properties will contain a pier,” the insider said.
In 2020, Brady and Bündchen paid $17 million for the acreage on Indian Creek Island. After demolishing the old house, they started work on their current eco-friendly house, which is still under construction.
