Lagos Governor Celebrates Tems’ Historic Grammy Win
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has congratulated Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, widely known as Tems, for winning the Best African Music Performance award at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
Tems claimed the prestigious honor for her song “Love Me JeJe,” beating strong contenders like Burna Boy, Asake, Wizkid, Yemi Alade, and Chris Brown’s collaboration with Davido and Lojay.
