On Sunday, the celebrated No Doubt vocalist and 54-year-old mom, Gwen Stefani, took to her Instagram Stories to share the vibrant festivities of her son Apollo Rossdale’s disco-themed birthday party. Although Apollo’s birthday officially lands on Feb. 28, Stefani and her husband Blake Shelton decided to kick off the celebrations a bit early.
In a delightful series of photos and videos, Stefani dazzled in a floral dress and a chic fur coat, complemented by rose-colored glasses and a stylish beaded necklace. Meanwhile, Shelton, 47, embraced the theme with a Hawaiian shirt and a comical curly-haired wig.
The birthday boy, Apollo, made an appearance in one of the videos sporting a wig reminiscent of Shelton’s own playful hairpiece.
In one of the clips, Stefani captioned, “Happy 10th b day apollo!!!” showcasing her pride for her son’s milestone.
Stefani and ex-husband Gavin Rossdale are also parents to Kingston, 17, and Zuma, 15.
The year 2024 is proving significant for both Stefani and Shelton. Earlier in the month, the couple collaborated on a new song, “Purple Irises,” exploring the theme of enduring love over time. Shelton also joined Stefani for a performance of the song at the NFL’s Super Bowl LVIII TikTok Tailgate.
Beyond their musical ventures, Stefani is reuniting with her iconic band, No Doubt, at this year’s Coachella festival, while Shelton is gearing up for his Back to the Honky Tonk Tour alongside Dustin Lynch and Emily Ann Roberts.
In their personal lives, Stefani recently flaunted a stunning new ring gifted by Shelton for Valentine’s Day on Jimmy Kimmel Live’s Valentine’s episode. Expressing her joy, Stefani said, “I got my Valentine’s present early this year. He really mixed it up. Usually, I get amazing flowers, which I love, love, love, but this was just a, ‘here you go!’ Yeah, he did the whole thing. I love you Blakey!”
Stefani and Shelton, who tied the knot in 2021 after over five years together, continue to share their joyous moments with fans.
