Along with a verified blue tick Meta also offers an added layer of protection to your account.
Meta launched the Meta Verified waitlist for Indian Instagram and Facebook accounts. Following in the footsteps of Elon Musk’s Twitter, Meta recently enabled users to have their Meta accounts verified with a Blue Tick checkmark in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand for $14.99 per month.
“This week we’re starting to roll out Meta Verified — a subscription service that lets you verify your account with a government ID, get a blue badge, get extra impersonation protection against accounts claiming to be you, and get direct access to customer support,” Mark Zuckerberg wrote on Instagram in February 2022.
Meta Verified Cost In India
Meta verified has currently opened its waitlist for India. According to reports, Meta verified in India costs Rs 1,099 per month if you subscribe via the web. Subscribing to Meta Verified for Android and iOS apps costs Rs 1,450 per month.
Benefits of Verified Account
You will receive a verified badge if you subscribe to Meta. It also promises to safeguard your account against impersonation attempts. In addition, instead of a bot, subscribers will have access to real customer service.
The subscription will also benefit influencers, according to Meta, because paying the monthly fees will increase your visibility and reach. People will see your content more frequently in their feeds, search results, and comments.
Subscription Process
Users can now subscribe to the Meta Verified by joining the waitlist. Users should be notified when their subscription to Meta Verified has been approved. All you need is a Facebook or Instagram account with a few posts, to be at least 18 years old, and to provide a government ID with your name, age, and a photo that matches your account.
