Nigerian rapper Panshak Henry Zamani, better known as Ice Prince, has shared the real reason behind his recent weight loss journey.
In a heartfelt post on 𝕏, the rapper revealed that he decided to take charge of his health after a conversation with his longtime friends, Chopstix and Dami. Though he wasn’t dealing with any illness, Ice Prince said their encouragement pushed him to make better lifestyle choices.
“God’s been so good to me,” he began. “I was literally about to explode — not from sickness, just bad habits and choices. Then Chopstix and Dami said, ‘let’s lose the belly, Ice,’ and something clicked in my mind.”
He went on to share how those small steps turned into a consistent routine. “From that day, Chopstix would come to my house every night after dinner, and we’d walk around my estate for an hour. The conversations we had during those walks mean a lot to me — just like every memory we’ve shared since we were kids.”
The rapper also posted before-and-after photos showing his transformation, expressing gratitude for his progress and renewed energy.
With his birthday approaching on October 30, Ice Prince teased that fans should expect new music — and a new version of him.
“It’s my birthday in a few days, and I’ll be dropping new music in my new body,” he wrote. “Next year, it’s full chest! But please remember — if nature didn’t make it, don’t take it. Health is wealth. #HealthyLiving.”
His message? Transformation doesn’t start in the gym — it starts with a decision to do better for yourself.
