In a recent episode of the podcast “Diary Of A Naija Girl,” Nigerian businesswoman Mojisola Hunponu-Wusu made a surprising revelation about her 20-year marriage: she has never cooked in her marital home.
Hunponu shared that despite her lengthy marriage, she has never found the time to engage in cooking or other household chores. As the founder of Woodhall Capital, she has been occupied with various responsibilities but has prioritized activities beyond the kitchen.
According to her, while she does other activities that her husband enjoys, cooking has not been one of them. However, she emphasized that her husband doesn’t seem bothered by her decision to not cook, suggesting that cooking might not be his primary concern in their relationship.
Reflecting on her busy lifestyle and family commitments, Hunponu expressed a desire for more time to engage in various aspects of family life, beyond just cooking, highlighting the importance of staying true to her purpose and personal priorities.
