After a violent argument with a woman who wouldn’t stop filming him, Kanye West was designated a suspect in a battery investigation.
Ye was shown on a video leaving a sports complex where his kids were playing basketball on Friday when he realized he was being videotaped. At a crosswalk, he stepped out of his car and approached the woman.
He informed her, “Y’all ain’t going to run up on me like that if I want to go watch my son at a game.” “Put down the cameras!”

“But Kanye, you’re a celebrity!” she exclaimed, continuing to film him.
Things got heated when she refused to put down the phone. Ye reached into her car and took her phone, tossing it into the street. He confronted another photographer on his way out before returning to his car, where his new wife, Bianca Censori, was waiting.
According to law enforcement sources, Kanye has been named a suspect in a battery investigation. Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. and were shown video evidence of the incident.
It’s unclear whether the woman is a photographer or was simply filming Ye. She was seen conversing with officers from the sheriff’s department.
During a heated exchange outside a downtown Los Angeles hotel in January 2022, Ye allegedly punched a man who asked for an autograph. The case was initially investigated as a misdemeanor battery, but it was ultimately dismissed due to a lack of evidence.
