During a recent visit to Wales, Prince William and Kate Middleton displayed their competitive side. The couple had come to celebrate St David’s Day, the country’s national holiday.
In an amusing turn of events, the royal couple ended up taking a spinning class. They weren’t exactly dressed for a sporting event. The prince of Wales wore a suit, and his wife wore a Zara skirt and a white turtleneck. Kate was also wearing high heels!
They weren’t put off by their less-than-ideal attire and footwear! The dynamic duo eagerly accepted the challenge, pedaling furiously in an attempt to outdo each other.
All those present applauded the royals’ efforts, and there was an extra loud cheer when it was revealed that Kate had actually managed to beat her husband.
Kate is well-known for her willingness to take on new challenges. Just three months after the birth of her son, Prince George, the princess stunned royal fans by playing volleyball in high heels.
