Kate Middleton stepped out in a fiery red Alexander McQueen pantsuit for an event hosted by The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood at BAFTA in London on Monday.
The Princess of Wales, 41, completed her look with a suede Miu Miu clutch and Gianvito Rossi pumps in the same hot hue as her favorite fashion house’s Asymmetric Blazer ($2,290) and Flared Crepe Pants ($890).
Middleton accessorized with a pair of more affordable Chalk earrings ($93), which she previously wore on Windrush Day in 2022.
Malaika Carr, a chalk designer, and architect, previously told Page Six Style that she was “blown away” when she saw the princess wear the earrings, which were inspired by the architecture of the Royal Opera House.
Middleton was accompanied to the event on Monday by her husband, Prince William, who looked dapper in a navy suit and a bright red tie that matched his wife’s ensemble.
The evening marked the launch of the Princess of Wales’ Shaping Us campaign, which “[highlights]the critical importance of the first five years of our lives in shaping the adults we become,” according to a letter published over the weekend by the royal.
“This is the time when we lay the foundations and building blocks for life. It is the time when we learn to understand ourselves, others, and the world in which we live. However, as a society, we now devote far more of our time and energy to later life. I am absolutely certain that this long-term campaign will change that.”
