In a poignant ceremony, we gather to lay him to rest at the serene Government Cemetery in Vui, Keta. Yesterday, on Friday, September 8, 2023, a moving pre-burial service took place at the Tema Community Centre in Accra. It was a solemn occasion, graced by family, friends, and those whose lives were touched by this bright star who left us far too soon.
James Lutterodt’s passing has evoked deep sorrow among Ghanaians, for he was not merely a student but a source of inspiration, known for his exceptional intelligence and his historic achievements in the NSMQ competition.
Tragically, his untimely demise occurred in the month of July, following a brief illness while he was under the care of a hospital in Tema.
Today, as we gather to bid our final farewells, we remember and honor James Lutterodt, a young man whose brilliance will forever be etched in our hearts as he finds his eternal resting place in Vui, Keta.
