Nicholas Jack Davies, also known as Josh Wade, the ex-boyfriend of actress Empress Njamah, has been arrested, according to the Liberian National Police.
Remember that a video of Josh Wade being arrested has been trending on social media.
Wade is accused of posting numerous naked videos of the actress on the internet after their relationship ended.
Wade was seen in handcuffs being led out of the country by security operatives after fleeing the country after releasing the sensitive videos.
During a press conference on Monday, April 24, 2023, the Police Chief announced that the suspect’s name was Nicholas Jack Davis, not Josh Wade.
According to him, the 39-year-old suspect was arrested and charged several times, but he returned to the same crime after being released on bail.
He stated that 20 Liberian women have filed complaints against the suspect, who went by the name Josh Wade in Nigeria and committed a similar act against Empress Njamah.
The police chief also stated that the suspect dupes and robs his victims of their valuables and expensive properties and that other victims should file complaints against him.
“Notorious scammer Nicholas Jack Davis has been arrested several times by the Liberian National Police, investigated, charged, and forwarded to court,” he said. Fortunately, he exits the courtroom, returns to the community, and repeats the actions for which he was previously charged.
“Several complaints have been filed against the 39-year-old, and as a result, the suspect has victimized over 20 female victims, and he is involved in absconding with their personal property and expensive materials.”
“With the most recent report filed against Davis, we launched a robot search for him, and he was apprehended in Miami Beach while attempting to victimize other females.” There is prior information that the suspect committed the same act on a female actress in Nigeria.
“He was in the country for about 70 months before committing the crime against the actress.” We can assure the public that those female victims will receive justice, and anyone with information about the suspect should go to the Liberian Police Station and file a complaint to ensure the suspect does not go free.”
