Lilian Afegbai, Tolu Bally & More Showed Up in Style for Ini Edo’s Father’s Funeral

Saying farewell to a loved one is never easy, but having the right people by your side can make all the difference. Ini Edo recently laid her beloved father to rest in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, surrounded by friends and colleagues who stood with her through the emotional moment.

Reflecting on the day, she shared:

“Finally, I have laid to rest my first love—a man whose presence shaped our lives in ways words cannot fully express. He was more than a provider and protector; he was a guiding light, a man of deep faith who instilled in us the fear of God.”

She wasn’t alone in this journey. Her close friends and colleagues traveled to Uyo to support her, honoring the occasion in coordinated aso ebi ensembles. Uche Jombo, Toke Makinwa, Tolu Bally, Lilian Afegbai, Ruth Kadiri, Medlin Boss, and Real Warri Pikin were among those who paid their respects with grace and elegance.
