Big Brother Naija Season 10 Starts with a Bang — And It’s All About the Ladies
Season 10 of Big Brother Naija has officially begun, and it’s already making waves — not just because of the glitz and glam, but because this time, the house opened with an all-female lineup.
Fifteen dynamic women from across Nigeria have stepped into the spotlight, each with their own story, swagger, and something to prove. The stage is set, and from the very first moment, it was clear: this season isn’t playing it safe.
The launch night kicked off with energy, thanks to a live performance by Fido (“Joy Is Coming”), setting the vibe for a season that promises both heat and heart. And as always, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu turned heads with his wardrobe choices — from a playful denim-and-pink combo nodding to Nollywood icon Nkem Owoh, to a regal pink agbada in honor of music legend King Sunny Ade.
Meet the Women Taking Over the BBNaija House
Before the men arrive (yes, they’re coming soon), it’s all eyes on these incredible women who are ready to shake things up:
-
Zita (24, Lagos) – A creative force who juggles makeup, photography, and painting while studying at UNILAG. Honest, outspoken, and full of Gen Z spice.
-
Gigi Jasmine (31, Akwa Ibom) – A boundary-breaking DJ who mixes without headphones, plays the flute, and once rocked a set in Tanzania. She’s here to make noise and make moves.
-
Ivatar (37, Anambra) – A mom, media pro, and businesswoman who’s lived life and learned from it. Calm on the surface, full of stories underneath.
-
Big Soso (28, Kaduna) – Lawyer, chef, and boss in her own right. She cooked her way through school and now brings big Northern energy and confidence.
-
Sabrina (32, Edo) – Royal roots, runway experience, and a TEDx mic under her belt. She’s sharp, sensual, and deeply intentional.
-
Mide (23, Ondo) – Entrepreneur with acting dreams and a sharp intuition. She spots red flags from a mile away and says what others won’t.
-
Dede (23, Delta) – Here for the drama, the money, and the main character moment. She calls herself “the antagonist” — and we believe her.
-
Doris (33, Imo) – Witty, unfiltered, and not one to back down. She says she’s calm… until she’s not.
-
Joanna (21, Benue) – Pageant beauty with entrepreneurial fire. Poised and fearless, she’s not afraid to stand tall — or stand alone.
-
Isabella (29, Rivers) – Sweet when she wants to be, spicy when she needs to be. A mom and a boss who’s proudly “TV material.”
-
Imisi (23, Oyo) – Fashion designer and aspiring actress who narrates life in real-time. Funny, messy (in the best way), and emotionally real.
-
Ibifubara (28, Lagos) – A psychologist with a thing for deep convos and food critiques. Once in tech, now chasing purpose.
-
Tracy (27, Anambra) – Vibrant and full of vibes. A single mom pressing pause on pressure to reclaim fun and freedom.
-
Thelma (26, Rivers) – Loud, clear, and unapologetic. Built two businesses before 25, and she’s here for the spotlight.
-
Sultana (25, Adamawa) – Plus-size model, storyteller, and natural connector. She’s here to inspire, learn, and stir the pot — gently or not.
The Game Just Began
This year comes with a twist: the ₦150 million prize isn’t guaranteed. Slacking during tasks could cost housemates a chunk of the winnings — so it’s go hard or go home.
Only half the house has been revealed. The men will be making their entrance next, and fans are already buzzing with predictions, favorite picks, and potential pairings.
It’s been 10 years of Big Brother Naija, and the bar just got higher. New house. New rules. New faces. The queens have landed — and the game is officially on.
Stay tuned. The guys arrive next.
