Metro Boomin is hungry for more.
Following his epic Coachella set, the super-producer has announced that he and Future are working on a collaborative project.
He reflected on his performance at the festival last Friday on Instagram. “After a 10+ year journey, it was surreal to perform @coachella in front of 20k+ with my brother @future,” Metro explained.
He then informed fans that a “Metro Pluto album” would be released soon.

Metro invited Future to perform their collaborations “Superhero (Heroes & Villains),” “Mask Off,” and “I Serve the Base” at “Trochella.”
While they’ve collaborated on numerous occasions, this would be their first collaborative effort. Metro previously collaborated with 21 Savage on two projects: Savage Mode in 2016 and Savage Mode II in 2020.
Future revealed in February that he was back in the studio working on a new album. “Im in album mode,” he tweeted. “Everything will be different in 2023.”

I Never Liked You, his most recent album was released in April 2022. It was his eighth Billboard 200 No. 1 and earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album.
During Coachella Weekend 1, Metro also brought out The Weeknd, 21 Savage, and Don Toliver. He’ll be back for Weekend 2 on Friday.
