Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has praised the progress made in cooperation with the United States, following President Donald Trump’s decision to suspend most tariffs on Mexico until April 2.
Describing the development as a major breakthrough, Sheinbaum took to social media on Thursday to highlight the significance of the collaboration between both nations.
“We will continue to work together, particularly on migration and security issues,” she stated, following what she described as an “excellent and respectful” phone conversation with Trump.
