Mia Le Roux Wins 2024 Miss South Africa!
After a thrilling competition at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria on August 10, Mia Le Roux has been crowned Miss South Africa 2024! Hosted by the charismatic Bonang Matheba and crowned by Natasha Joubert, Mia triumphed over nine other finalists.
Mia, the first deaf contestant to win the title, will enjoy a prize package including $53,371 (R1 million), a Mercedes Benz, and a luxurious apartment. Hailing from Sasolburg and raised in Oudtshoorn, Mia is a marketing manager, model, and part-time BCom student living in Cape Town.
She will proudly represent South Africa at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November. The announcement has sparked reactions across Nigeria, especially after finalist Chidinma Adetshina withdrew from the competition earlier due to nationality concerns.
Congrats to Mia Le Roux for this remarkable achievement!
