Former Super Eagles captain John Mikel Obi has revealed that he and Didier Drogba are working to convince Victor Osimhen to join Chelsea from Napoli. Osimhen, who has a €130 million release clause, is expected to leave Napoli this summer, and Chelsea is showing strong interest.
Mikel Obi believes Osimhen’s goal-scoring prowess would be a great addition to Chelsea, comparing him to prolific scorers like Erling Haaland. He emphasized that Osimhen’s skills would significantly benefit the team.
Drogba is also in the mix, discussing with Osimhen the benefits of joining Chelsea and sharing what the club means to them.
