With his fifth studio album More Love, Less Ego, the Nigerian superstar continues to rule the world two years after releasing his previous album. With cameos by Don Toliver, Shenseea, Skepta, Skillibeng, and Ayra Starr, the 13-track compilation is a global affair.
The album’s release date was postponed from last week to this week. Wizkid released two songs before the album’s release, including “Bad to Me” and “Money & Love.”
The follow-up to Made in Lagos, the Grammy-nominated album from 2020 with over a billion streams and RIAA gold certification, is titled More Love, Less Ego. The remix of “Essence” with Justin Bieber, which was born from the deluxe version, peaked at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100.
On November 14, Wiz’s performance for Apple Music Live will be streamable for fans all over the world to view. He will appear as the headlining act at his first-ever Madison Square Garden concert two days later. On Nov. 20, he will perform at the American Music Honors, where he is up for two awards.
