Nigerian music icon Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour, is currently mourning the loss of his father. The heartbreaking news was shared by Flavour himself on his Twitter account.
Flavour posted a touching video capturing a moment with his father, who listened to him play the guitar and sing while seated in his wheelchair. In the emotional post, Flavour offered prayers for his father’s soul to rest in peace.
He wrote, “Chukwu wetelu. Chukwu ewelugo. Nna m Papa Ijele. Rest well.”
Fans and colleagues of the highlife maestro have extended their condolences to him.

Flavour asserted that he operates in a league of his own and does not engage in competition with anyone. The ‘Big Baller’ hitmaker boasted about his consistent ability to produce hit songs and deliver electrifying live performances.
