NLE Choppa returns three years after releasing Cottonwood with the sequel.
Cottonwood 2 will be released this Friday, and the Memphis rapper has revealed the tracklist. In addition to the controversial single “Slut Me Out,” the 22-track project features Rick Ross, Kevin Gates, Fivio Foreign, Queen Naija, Duke Deuce, and Lola Brooke as guests.
Polo G and G Herbo collaborate on “Disability Checks,” while Lil Wayne makes an appearance on the previously released “Ain’t Gonna Answer.”

“Cottonwood 2 is one of those projects that will solidify me even though I’m already kind of solidified,” NLE told BET. “Throughout the album, it’s as if the proof is all in the pudding… It’s the best music that my fans have ever heard.”
Cottonwood was released in December 2019 and featured Meek Mill and Blueface, and NLE promises that the sequel will outperform its predecessor.
“I feel like I cut myself short on the first Cottonwood. I didn’t use my best music or the best visuals to accompany it. “I simply did not put my best foot forward,” he explained. “Cottonwood 2 is basically letting everyone know that it has come full circle for me
