Nicholas Osei, known as Prophet Kumchacha and the founder of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, recently shared his perspective on the upcoming 2024 general elections in Ghana. According to him, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is destined to lose in 2024, regardless of their choice of presidential candidate, even if it were Jesus Christ.
Prophet Kumchacha, who has expressed his intention to run for the 2024 elections under the banner of the Kum People’s Party (KPP), firmly stated that the NPP’s fate cannot be altered by Jesus Christ’s candidacy. During an interview on Kingdom FM in Accra, this controversial prophet remarked, “Whoever they bring, the party will lose in 2024. I swear to God, even if NPP brings Jesus in 2024, they will still lose.”
In light of his aspirations, he called upon the people of Ghana to cast their votes for him in 2024, emphasizing that his leadership would bring about positive development for the country, surpassing what the educated elites could achieve. He also urged Ghanaians to consider Christian Kwabena Andrews, widely known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom, the founder and leader of the Ghana Union Movement, as an alternative option. He even suggested that former President John Mahama could be a better choice than NPP’s current leader, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Prophet Kumchacha expressed his dissatisfaction with Nana Addo’s government, describing it as a failure and the worst in Ghana’s history. He stressed that leadership should not be solely judged by one’s ability to speak English and emphasized his commitment to revitalizing the economy if elected to lead Ghana.
