Tems Secures Second Grammy Win for “Love Me JeJe”
The 67th Annual Grammy Awards, held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 2, 2025, recognized outstanding musical achievements across various genres. Hosted by Trevor Noah for the fifth time, the event brought together some of the biggest names in the industry.
Among the night’s highlights, Nigerian singer Tems took home the award for Best African Music Performance with her hit single, “Love Me JeJe.”
A Second Grammy for Tems
This latest win marks her second Grammy, adding to her growing list of achievements. The song, released on April 26, 2024, is a fresh take on Seyi Sodimu’s 1997 classic, blending Afrobeats and R&B for a modern, soulful sound.
With this recognition, Tems continues to make waves on the global stage, cementing her status as one of the most influential African artists in contemporary music.
