The General Legal Council has been questioned by Ghanaian entertainment expert and TV host, MC Yeboah over why Ama Governor is not eligible to be admitted to the bar.
The Legal Council stated in a statement regarding the social media influencer’s absence from the most recent batch of lawyer enrolling ceremonies that their decision was based on the conduct of the applicant.
But in response to this, MC Yeboah, who is still considering potential explanations for why Ama Governor wasn’t admitted to the bar, stated the only thing that comes to mind is the fact that she outspokenly acknowledged being bisexual on television.
In a discussion on United Showbiz, the pundit argued that the council should make the public aware of the particular allegations of wrongdoing made against her to discourage others from following in her footsteps.
While some people praised the General Legal Council for its choices, it also faced harsh criticism from social media users as well as some of the influencer’s supporters.
