Popular British rapper Stefflon Don and American singer Chloe Bailey have recently cut ties on social media, following a series of events surrounding Stefflon’s ex-boyfriend, Nigerian superstar Burna Boy.
In December 2023, rumors circulated suggesting that Stefflon and Burna Boy were rekindling their relationship after Burna surprised her with a car for her birthday. However, by December 2024, Burna Boy and Chloe sparked new dating rumors after they were seen getting cozy at a club in Lagos.
On February 6, 2025, Chloe confirmed the speculation about her romantic involvement with Burna Boy during a private dinner. The intimate gathering included Burna Boy, Chloe, and close friends such as popular dancer Poco Lee. During the dinner, Burna Boy gifted Chloe a matching Rolex wristwatch, which prompted her to hug and kiss him, declaring, “I love you.”
In the wake of this news, Stefflon Don unfollowed Chloe on Instagram, and Chloe reciprocated, further fueling the tension between the two.
Meanwhile, Chloe addressed the public’s reaction to her relationship with Burna Boy in an interview with The Breakfast Club. Reflecting on her time in Nigeria, she shared, “Nigeria was so beautiful. I had the best time. Yes, I was in the club with Burna Boy. The nightlife was so vibrant, with so many lights, so many cameras.”
When asked if their outing was purely for fun or if they were dating, Chloe confidently replied, “I am a grown woman. I had a great time in Nigeria.”
