Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce have officially taken their relationship to the next level — the pair announced their engagement on Tuesday, sparking excitement among fans around the world.
In a joint Instagram post, Kelce was pictured down on one knee in a flower-filled garden, while Swift showed off a dazzling diamond ring. Their playful caption read: “Your English teacher and gym teacher are getting married.”
Both 35, the couple went public with their romance in 2023 and have since been inseparable — whether cheering each other on at Swift’s record-breaking concerts or Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs games.
Swift recently wrapped up her history-making Eras Tour, which generated billions and drew millions of fans across the globe. Tickets were nearly impossible to get, with some fans singing outside venues just to be part of the experience.

Now, all eyes are on her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, set for release on October 3. The news was first teased during an episode of New Heights, the podcast Kelce co-hosts with his brother, Jason.
Swift’s last major project, The Tortured Poets Department, dropped in April last year, further cementing her reputation as one of music’s biggest forces.
Though known for writing songs inspired by heartbreak, her relationship with Kelce seems to be thriving, even under the constant spotlight.
Adding to the mix of headlines, Swift has also made waves in politics, publicly endorsing Kamala Harris in the last U.S. election — a move that drew sharp criticism from Donald Trump, who lashed out at her online.
