There is a small possibility that Tom Brady might not like the idea of being tied up with Fox Sports for 10 years.
Even though Fox Sports offered him $375 million over the next ten years, Tom Brady may be considering walking away from the deal. He has the option of simply refusing to do it and breaking the contract, which hasn’t even begun. Fox Sports executives can do nothing to stop him from leaving, which is something the greatest quarterback in NFL history is considering.
Tom Brady was supposed to return to full-time work with Fox Sports and begin his career in media by the end of 2024, after a period of retirement that he is thoroughly enjoying today. He is currently Fox Sports’ biggest bet in order to compete with other companies in NFL coverage.
However, according to Andrew Marchland of The New York Post, Tom Brady is already considering other options, including not going into the media at all. Marchland told The Big Lead, “It was at 51 percent that he’s going to do it to 49 percent that he’s not going to do it with the reasoning that it’s so much money he’ll try it for a year.”
However, I’ve recently spoken with a couple of people close to Brady, and I’m thinking a 49 percent chance he does it and a 51 percent chance he doesn’t. He doesn’t want to travel that much, so he’ll obviously go private.”

Marchland then compares himself to other great quarterbacks who have chosen a career in media. He did, however, mention the distinct difference between Brady and the others. For the legendary quarterback, it all comes down to dedication.
He simply will not do it if he does not feel completely prepared. “I think Brady’s a guy who, if he’s in, he’s all-in, so he’s not going to be showing up the day of games like Joe Buck and Troy Aikman do sometimes,” Marchland added. If he’s going to do it, he’ll arrive early. So it’ll be a four-day event, and I’ll cry a river for that kind of money for five and a half months.”
"I want to be great at what I do, and talking last week with the people at FOX Sports and the leadership there, allowing me to start this opportunity in the Fall of 2024 is something that's great for me." @TomBrady on joining FOX Sports' NFL broadcasts in 2024
