Pastor Lazarus Muoka, leader of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, recently responded to remarks made by social media activist Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, who had allegedly criticized the church. The church has been in the spotlight due to several striking testimonies shared by its members.
In one testimony, an elderly woman claimed she overpowered armed robbers and took control of their weapons. Another testimony involved a man who said he survived a kidnapping, machete attacks, and gunfire without a single injury.
Addressing his congregation, Pastor Muoka commented on the situation, stating that VeryDarkMan had said, “Chosen members will learn the hard way.” In response, Muoka remarked that it would be the activist who learns the hard way, not the church members.
Muoka emphasized that he holds no ill will toward the activist, clarifying, “I didn’t speak evil of him. I just made a statement. If I say anything negative, it would happen instantly.” He added that while he avoids speaking negatively about anyone, he believes VeryDarkMan is currently experiencing the consequences of his words.
In closing, Muoka gave a firm warning, saying, “If God’s anointed becomes angry with you, it’s a serious matter.”
