Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has addressed those constantly asking why she doesn’t share details about her personal life on social media.
Taking to Instagram, she expressed frustration over the repeated inquiries about her husband and children, questioning why people are so curious.
She made it clear that everyone has their own way of living, and if her choice doesn’t sit well with some, that’s their concern—not hers. According to her, whatever she chooses to share online is what people should accept.
Rita further stated that if anyone decides to bring their own family matters to social media, she wouldn’t hesitate to join in the conversation.
She said:
“Everyone has their own way of life, and if you don’t like mine, that’s on you.”
“People keep asking, ‘Rita Edochie, where is your husband? Where are your children?’ If you’re not monitoring spirits, why does it even matter?”
“Whatever I decide to share online should be enough for you. If you bring your own family story here, I’ll gladly join others to discuss it.”
