Singer Yhemolee has finally spoken out following reports that his wife, Thaylor B, and her friends allegedly assaulted interior decorator and entrepreneur Queen Akeredolu over claims of an affair.
The drama began after a blogger reported that Akeredolu had been attacked in Lekki on September 6. In her own statement, Akeredolu alleged she was lured to a location under the pretense of work, only to be confronted and beaten by Thaylor B, her sister, and three friends.
According to her, the group accused her of being romantically linked to Yhemolee before attacking her with belts and other objects. She claimed her clothes were torn and her belongings—including a phone, wig, glasses, and outfits—were destroyed in the process.
Akeredolu, who had previously worked with Thaylor B on a project in June, denied any affair with Yhemolee. She revealed that the matter has since been reported to her lawyers and the authorities.
Yhemolee, however, appeared unbothered. Taking to Snapchat on Thursday, he shared a chat with a friend where he laughed off the incident, calling it “too funny.” He also posted a video of himself and his wife out together, alongside a fan’s message praising his career.
Marking his nine years in the industry, he captioned one of his posts with a playful note: “If you enter Cutie Julls’ comment section, you go kpai person. Bro this is just too funny pls.”
