Nigerian comedian and actor-turned-preacher Oluwatoyin Bayegun, widely known as Woli Arole, has announced the passing of his father.
Sharing the news on his Facebook page late Sunday, Woli Arole posted an emotional tribute alongside a touching photo of himself with his father.
In his heartfelt message, he expressed gratitude for the time they spent together in his father’s final moments, saying, “It has pleased the Lord to receive my father in glory.”
He described his late father as his hero and role model, adding, “I am happy I spent your last moments with you in joy, prayers, and fun. Rest well, Baba Jimmy.”
Arole concluded the post by highlighting the lasting impact his father left behind, writing, “Happy you left a legacy, and that legacy is me. I would miss you so much!”
