Trump Sends Bold Warning to Iran’s Supreme Leader Amid Rising Tensions
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a sharp message aimed at Iran’s top authority, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, suggesting that the U.S. knows exactly where he is—but won’t act on that information just yet.
In a post shared on Truth Social, Trump wrote, “We know exactly where the so-called ‘Supreme Leader’ is hiding. He’s an easy target, but safe for now—we’re not taking him out. At least, not yet.” He added a pointed remark about not wanting missiles launched at civilians or U.S. troops, warning that America’s patience is running thin.
Minutes after that post, Trump returned with a blunt follow-up: “UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER!”
These fiery comments came after Trump made an early return from the G7 summit in Canada, amid escalating tensions between Israel and Iran. Back in Washington, he was expected to huddle with key national security advisers inside the White House Situation Room.
While Trump has repeatedly stated that the U.S. doesn’t plan to join the conflict, his recent messages suggest otherwise. Earlier, he hinted at the possibility of stepping in—particularly if Iran continues pushing its nuclear ambitions.
On Tuesday, Trump claimed the U.S. had “complete and total control of the skies over Iran,” praising the strength of American-made defense systems, though he didn’t mention Israel directly.
Speaking aboard Air Force One, he told reporters he wasn’t interested in a temporary pause or ceasefire. “We want a real end,” he said. “I’m not exactly in the mood for negotiations.”
As the situation continues to unfold, Trump’s tone has added to growing uncertainty about the extent of U.S. involvement—and whether his words are a warning, a strategy, or a sign of something more serious to come.
