Renowned Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, recently addressed rumors linking him to the deputy majority leader of the Edo State House of Assembly, Natasha Osawaru.
During a plenary session on Monday, 2Baba’s unexpected appearance stirred conversations, leading to speculation about his connection with Natasha and its possible role in his marital challenges with his wife, Annie Idibia.
In response to the buzz, 2Baba took to Instagram to set the record straight. He made it clear that Natasha has no involvement in his current personal situation.

Expressing admiration for the lawmaker, he stated, “Yes, I love her. I want to marry her.”
The ‘African Queen’ singer also spoke up in Natasha’s defense, emphasizing that she has been unfairly criticized and misrepresented.
“I stand by what I said. Honourable Natasha has been dragged, labeled, and accused unfairly. She is a young, intelligent, and remarkable woman,” he remarked.
“She has no connection to my issues with Annie, but people are trying to involve her unnecessarily. Yes, I love her. She is an amazing person, and I want to marry her.”
