Nollywood star Yvonne Jegede has publicly shown her support for Regina Daniels amid the growing tension surrounding her marriage to businessman Ned Nwoko.
In a heartfelt video shared on Instagram, Yvonne urged Regina to put her safety first, especially if there’s any truth to the reports of domestic violence. She reminded her not to let social media opinions or online critics pressure her into silence or unsafe decisions.
“There’s no excuse for abuse in any form,” she emphasized, writing, “@regina.daniels if domestic violence is involved, leave to live. Don’t let bitter or jobless trolls bully you. We love you, and your experience is valid.”
Meanwhile, Ned Nwoko has spoken out about the controversy surrounding his marriage, denying all allegations of violence. In a detailed Instagram post, he claimed that Regina’s supposed use of drugs and alcohol had fueled recent conflicts in their home.
According to his statement, the actress allegedly damaged properties — including vehicles and windows — and attacked three domestic staff within a short span of 48 hours.
The situation has sparked widespread reactions online, with fans and colleagues expressing concern and calling for calm as both parties share their sides of the story.
